Hi everyone - we have a SaaS app that syncs user data to contacts and accounts to tickets. Having some trouble with both - but focusing on the former for the moment. I’m curious to know how others have set this up?
We often make updates in HubSpot to tidy up names, formatting of phone numbers etc - we don’t want to sync these back to the app as we want it as the user entered there, but we run into an issue when we do upgrades in the app and need to sync a lot of data that we end up over writing data rather than keeping the most recent update if data that hasn’t been updated is pushed again for some reason.
Do you use an intermediary database, data warehouse, some sort of CDP to manage?
