Question about Webhooks triggering Workflows, or honestly just triggering workflows in general:
I have a 3rd party phone # that triggers a webhook whenever it sends or receives an SMS which, in turn, triggers a workflow. If this phone number receives 2 messages at the same time, it sends out 2 webhook triggers but the workflow only processes one of the webhook requests. I'm assuming this is due to the workflow returning the same unique contact and skipping what it believes to be a redundant request, but does anyone have experience with this?
Basically, if you trigger a workflow with a webhook twice at the same time and it returns the same unique record, does it usually skip one of those records?
