Does anyone know if it is possible to get data from a deal record into a programmable email? Right now we're trying a deal based workflow that sends an email to the associated contact(s) - this works to some degree but it just pulls in data from the first deal associated to the contact record rather than the deal that was entered into the workflow. So if a contact has a single associated deal it works (by chance) but if there are multiple deals it will just insert data from whatever deal was associated to the contact first. Has anyone tried anything like this or have any ideas on solving?
