In a workflow, I need to copy a file from a deal to a contact. This works perfectly if a contact only has 1 deal. However, some contacts have multiple. When the field copies, it works like most fields in Hubspot where the newest file overwrites the previous file. I need it to work like a multi-select property with the option to append the additional files to the related field on the contact.

The 2 fields where this is needed is signed contract and utility bill. If a customer signs multiple contracts (i.e. they have multiple utility accounts), my team should be able to see all contracts from their contact record rather than needing to separately open each deal or needing to upload the file twice (deal and contact).

Is it possible to download files from file-type properties in bulk? So far, the only info I've found is that the export option should provide a file link, but all I get is a private link. If a utility wants to see all current contracts, I need to be able to filter for the utility and download all contracts for active deals. Currently, the team uploads contracts twice - to Hubspot and to Sharepoint. If a contract is cancelled, they have to remember to move the contract from an "active" folder to a "cancelled" folder. If we were to report from this, we have to match file names in these folders to the data we have in Hubspot.
