Has anyone ever encountered a case where they wanted to automatically forward emails received in the HubSpot Inbox to a specific person, so they can handle them without needing to log into HubSpot?
Let me explain: I receive emails through the shared Inbox connected to a general email address. When an email contains the word "quote", I’d like it to be automatically forwarded to someone on the sales team. This person works in Salesforce and doesn’t use the Sales side of HubSpot.
As far as I know, this isn’t currently possible to set up directly in HubSpot. However, it might be achievable using APIs or custom-coded workflows.
If anyone has done something similar or has any documentation or tips to share, I’d really appreciate it!
