Hi team, I am currently developing inhouse automation to handle repetitive tickets.
Our tickets are created from emails sent from external reporting systems which contains attachments in them. Visually the attachments are in our tickets and we would like to process them automatically. What I need from these tickets are the fileid to the attachments which I am unable to get through this endpoint
/crm/v3/objects/tickets/:ticketId?archived=false&associations=conversations,emails,contacts,companies
So my question here is, is there a way to get the associated attachments from the tickets? We don't want to give full view of all company emails, hence granting sales-email-read.
Alternative, is there a way where we can limit access to which emails the automations can pull through the app configurations? Not through code.
