Been in the hs ecosystem for ages, but really new to the "new" cms-react side of things.

I am a bit confused with project structure.

Is it possible to have theme and cms-react in the same project?

At first, I was building my react components in theme, then I needed a serverless function so I created an app folder with all serverless related stuff in it, but when I needed to use secret within my serverless function so I realized I needed to add them to cms-assets.json and it doesn't work if you add them in theme.json instead .... but cms-assets.json can only be find a cms-react project, not theme So now I'm trying to merge everything together but this mess things in package,json at every level and in hsprojects.json as well.

Below is the structure I have now that I moved things. Before I get into fixing package.json and hsprojects.json and dependencies I wanted to know if this structure looks good and if theme and cms-react in the same project? If not why would theme accepts react components if such a thing as cms-react exists? Would cms-react create an actual theme where users can edit pages as well? What is best of both worlds?
