identify tracking call as soon as we have the authenticated user, which is essentially when the application starts. If I initiate a chat, it is correctly associated with the identified contact. However, if I log out and log back in as another user, any chats I make appear to be from the first user. This would be after a separate identify call with the second user’s email address. I see there is a clear function in the conversations API, and I have tried it, but the cookies the chat widget is using remain tied to the first user that logs in, no matter what I do.
