📣 HubSpot Email Events – Need Help! 🔍Hey team!
I’m trying to get
event-level data (
📤 Send,
📬 Open,
🔗 Click) for
emails sent to our customers.
Currently using:
https://api.hubapi.com/email/public/v1/events 👉 But this only gives me data at the
campaign level – and since campaigns include
multiple emails, I’m losing
email-customer level traceability 😕🎯 Goal: I need
granular data per
email + customer:
Which exact email was sent
Who opened/clicked it
Timestamp of each event
🧠 Anyone know a better endpoint or workaround?
Or maybe there’s a way to link this campaign-level data back to individual emails reliably?
