Hi.
Please specify in docs that if anyone wants to start storybook with hs-cms-dev-server . --storybook , they should install storybook@^7 globally or in project directory.

hs-cms-dev-server tries to spawn sb , but when there is no storybook install this command does not exist

Or better `@hubspot/cms-dev-server` should have it as a dependency
