I received word from the dev team, and the underlying problem is that DATA_QUERY Dynamic pages don’t automatically reindex when the backing HubDB data changes.

Here’s what this means:

• New podcast episodes added to your table won’t appear in search results.
• Updated episode information won’t be reflected in the search.
• Only manual backfills will refresh the search index.

The recommended long-term Solution from the team is to consider switching to direct HubDB dynamic pages using HubL in your template instead of using DATA_QUERY. This approach automatically reindexes when table data changes and ensures search results stay current with your podcast data.
