We are currently facing a challenge as our team has reached the limit on the sales templates. Unfortunately, HubSpot does not provide a report that identifies the creator of each template, which prevents me from generating a comprehensive list for confirming which templates should be deleted.
I have limited experience with APIs, and HubSpot support suggested that I reach out for help. They mentioned, “You can use the HubSpot API to export template metadata, including Template ID and Creator.”
Could someone please guide me on how to accomplish this? I am a quick learner but need assistance since I'm not familiar with APIs.
