We've encountered some unusual issues with booking confirmation emails for our client, specifically when these emails contain HUBL code (modules). Approximately 1 out of every 50 reservation emails sent via a workflow has incorrect or missing data from associated custom objects, such as reservation guests or reservation items. Interestingly, manual tests of these emails don't show any problems. We can provide specific examples if that would be helpful.
We suspect this might be related to HubSpot data not being fully synchronized, or potentially a bug within the system. We're also wondering if HUBL code itself could be unstable.
For now, our workaround involves adding extra delays to the workflow, which means clients will receive their confirmation emails about three minutes after making a reservation.
This is currently a trial-and-error approach.
