👋 Hi everyone! This is a company-related question and I'm not sure where else to post (so apologies if in the wrong spot). We're trying to figure out how to work with the required - first, last, and email fields in Hubspot- that auto-populate in forms in front of the Hubspot meetings scheduler tool. Our Hubspot fields currently write back to a portal that is the source of truth for us (and we have to be extra careful w/data as we're in the health care space.) We're trying to figure out a solution where we preserve our original fields when there's a form fill and folks update their first/last name and email. Here are options we've come up with that may/not be feasible: 1. create a workflow to new fields e.g. original_first and last, original email. We create a scheduled workflow every 24 hrs that takes the form fill first name and other fields and pushes them to custom fields - original first and last, orig. email. Other ideas include 2. creating a landing page instead of a form (will this cause the same issue), convert these Hubspot native fields into read-only vs. read-write (don't think this is possible) 3. create a form + data --> custom object workflow 4. integrate Hubspot + Calendly/other calendar (4-people sharing calendars through Google calendar). Any recommendation here? Thanks in advance for your help.
