Hey all, is there any way to handle adding the ?island suffixes to modules you want to wrap in an Island gracefully, without just adding a // @ts-ignore? I cannot find anything about it in the documentation, but the example does show a .tsx file working, so it must be possible:

import WeatherForecast from '../../islands/WeatherForecast.tsx?island';
...
