Is it possible to have private content on a subdomain? The primary domain in the portal is
www.company.com, and we have a site built on
abc.company.com and hooked up all the private content and pages on this subdomain. The issue I'm seeing is in the password reset email. When I try to reset my password and click the link in that email, hubspot is inserting
www.company.com instead of
abc.company.com and throwing an error on the password reset page saying "This password reset link has expired. Please request another reset link and try again."
It's the correct reset link that I end up on:
abc.company.com/_hcms/mem/reset, but I can see in the email that hubspot is inserting
www.company.com in that email reset pw link and then I'm redirected to "
abc.company.com/_hcms/mem/reset" and getting that error message when I try to update the pw. Anyone know if it's possible to have private content on a subdomain?
Everything about the private content has been working, registration, login, logout - the only issue I've seen is with this pw reset
