Anyone else have an issue where searching phone numbers in a Sandbox instance work differently from production?
I have a test contact Tommy Tutone with the phone number
+1 (615) 867-5309. In sandbox, searching in the global search at the top, in the list search on the Contact view, and using a quick search on the view, none of these return this record when search for 5309.
In production, list search and quick filters work, but the global search does not find the record.
Is there some kind of setting that affects this?
