My integration for JustCall is not working properly. Its not syncing or logging my calls and texts from JustCall to my contacts in Hubspot. I was told it was because of an expired API key. I have no idea what that is but Hubspot support is saying that it is out of their scope and recommended this channel instead. I really hope someone can help me.
If it matters, this started when our data was scheduled to migrate to a new hosting location. Not sure about it also but we just got an email and said there wasn't anything we needed to do on our end. But after that, our sync didn't work anymore
